Policy
To ensure a positive, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking an appointment.
Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.
Deposits are:
Transferable one time only, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
Non-transferable and non-refundable if changes are made with less than 48 hours’ notice
Forfeited if you cancel your appointment without rescheduling
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit
If you cancel and choose not to rebook, your deposit will not be refunded
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late:
Your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability
If the service can no longer be completed, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service.
This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Foreign Removal
I specialize in gel services and do not work over another technician’s work.
If you have existing product:
Please book a Foreign Removal
Additional time and fees may apply depending on the product and condition
Nail Art
Nail art must be booked in addition to your base service.
Pricing varies based on complexity
Please send inspiration photos in advance for an accurate quote
Mobile Appointments
Mobile bookings must be made via email or DM.
A travel/setup fee deposit is required to secure appointment.
Remaining balance is due at the appointment
